8th Wonder Balloons and Entertainment is lead by the incredibly talented and beautiful Deylli Kelley. Deylli has been providing creative, colorful and elegant balloon decor designs for special events in the Tampa Bay area for over five years. She is mom to two beautiful daughters who inspire her to create spectacular visual decorations for a wide variety of life's events. 8th Wonder gives this business marketing major a creative outlet to shine!
She is complimented by her husband and resident magician/engineer Bruce who provides the structural elements for the designs while also providing some of the entertainment. Pick a card someone...anyone?
